Not happy . Was advised to get giant size to transport our dog to Cyprus. Our contact says it’s not big enough ! It’s going to cost us £85 to send it back - it cost us £119.99! Would rather give it to a dog rescue !!

Have used pet planet for quiet some time now . The prices are cheaper than on the high street , plus I get everything delivered to my home . This is the biggest thing for me as it is usually always heavy things I buy each month . On the rare occasion I’ve had a problem the company have been fabulous at sorting every out for me .

I recently bought a dog feeding station for my greyhound. It was delivered on time and was a high quality product exactly as described on the website.

I have placed quite a few orders with Pet Planet, and I shall continue to do so because of the really nice way they treat me. I live over 400 miles away from Pet Planet, but will continue buying from them due to their prices and customer care.

I haven’t got my order yet. But ordering on Tuesday and Hermes are saying on Saturday evening that they are expecting it….. when will it be delivered? I think I will stick to my local pet store in future. I won’t be rude if this is how they trade fair enough….. but it’s not my cup of tea.

Excellent service due to a problem with delivery courier the order went astray but as soon as petplanet were informed they sent my order again by express delivery arriving next day

Petplanet are the perfect people to go to for your animals requirements,good service and fast delivery, good prices to.

Parcel was delivered several days after the given delivery date. I wasn't in, delivery driver allegedly dumped it on street near my house. When I contacted Pet Planet, they said the parcel has been 'successfully delivered' & will not refund my money or resend the package. They even had the cheek to suggest I contact the police, the police confirmed that this is NOT a police matter.
